Cedar City District of Youth Football USA teaches the fundamentals of football, the importance of teamwork, and most of all to have fun. The coaches will stress self-discipline, concentration, friendship, leadership, and good sportsmanship.

YOUTH CONDITIONING CLINIC
SPEED-STRENGTH-AGILITY
Youth Conditioning Clinic is dedicated to developing the core strength, coordination and motor skills needed for athletes to excel in ALL sports (football, baseball/softball, soccer, basketball etc). We specifically increase coordination using activities that promote body awareness, balance and agility. Resistive and plyometric exercises are combined with proper speed technique to maximize sports skills.
SPARQ EQUIPMENT USED: speed hurdles, ladders, parachutes, harnesses, balance boards, weighted balls, jump ropes and cones.
2X PER WEEK/PER MONTH FOR $30
